iPlay10 Pro problem with youtube

Hello everybody!

I buy tablet iPlay10 pro (U1006H) , firmware Android9.0-191121

As it turned out, the picture on YouTube, if you set the quality to 1080P 60FPS just terribly slows down and lags, it reproduces in jerks.

I don’t say anything about 4K 60FPS, because the lags are terrible.

And the problem is NOT in YouTube, I have the latest version of YouTube from the market.

And the problem is NOT in hardware, because I have another tablet with the same processor MediaTek MT8163 , with the same video card Mali T720, and the same Full HD screen resolution, and Android 7.1. And everything works just fine, 1080P 60FPS, 4K 60FPS, everything works just gorgeous.

I have a question for the manufacturer. If you cannot properly optimize Android 9 for your product, why do you install it at all?

 

I have the same problem with the Alldocube Iplay 10 Pro U1006S32GB. The Firefox browser also shows lag on youtube videos, like the youtube app, making it impossible to watch from 720p. Please correct this or make Android 7.1 available, which does not have this type of problem as already mentioned .. Please do not ignore this because it is a serious failure.
