Olá, companheiros! Estou com um tablet Iwork 8 que não sai da tela de atualização Android e não consigo entrar na tela de Recovery… a parte do Windows também está bugada para inicialização. Não consigo clicar no botão de “OK” no erro inicial do Windows… alguém me help, please?

If you can’t enter the system in both systems, you can only try to reinstall the system with a USB disk.
The Android system needs to know the specific model of your machine.
Windows system, you can try to back up the driver of the original windows system, and then reinstall the windows system with a U disk, and then restore the driver
