I cant open my Alldocube Gt Book Laptop

After hardboot it doesn’t switch on and no indicators. I plugged the charger and its charging but its still not switching. Do i have to wait if the light turns green? Because the light turns green when its fully charge.

What does “hardboot” mean? How did you do hardboot?
