Alldocube iplay40 restarts every time

I’m using Alldocube iplay 40 for 2 days and had problem restarting after 5 minutes of use.

Has anyone had the same problem ?? and was able to fix this problem ??

I had this problem once, and solved it with a factory reset, then installed apps one at a time and tested… until I found the culprit. I’d try this way to troubleshoot the tablet.
