Iplay 40 touch screen issue

I bought my tablet in August and with just a few days of use it started to have serious problems with the touch on the screen, I’ve tried everything, reset to factory components, put an older firmware and even took out all the apps, nothing works in the long run . I absolutely do not recommend this brand, I would rather have spent a little more and bought something really reliable.
