iplay10 pro keeps changing WIFI MAC address

I am suffering from a serious problem. The MAC address of my iplay10 pro tablet is not fixed. It is changing every time I turn on/off either the tablet or the router. I have to run a server on this tablet and all other local devices must reach it on the fixed IP address. But, this is not possible as the MAC address is not fixed. I am aware of the fact that the mtk sn writer tool can cure this, but I cannot find the database file required for the processor model mt8163 employed in this tablet. I cordially appreciate if someone may share associated AP BP Base files with me. Thanks.

The tablet suddenly failed completely and started neither to charge nor power up. Now, it is completely irresponsive and DEAD. Hence, there is no need for support. Thanks and regards.
