K Note Go Keyboard not working

When I close the keydoard cover it turns off, so there is some communication between cover and tablet.

I have tried many things but cannot get keyboard to work.

The driver update for the Ps/2 keyboard returens up to date but it looks like 32 bit not 64.

Any tips or advice ?
