My U1006H tablet don’t load

My U1006H tablet don’t load the battery, loading going down during play even its connected to the loader. Last full load whas 15 days ago? What is the problem? used also another loader from a second U1006H tablet, no difference.

Help me, what is going wrong, what can i do?
