I have forgotten my pattern on my iPlay 60S 4G. I am unable to reset it through the Hub as it can’t reach the device. I have tried every key combination and timing and have had no luck. It would be greatly appreciated if someone can give me exact instructions as I have not been able to use it for days now and it is very frustrating. I am happy to try anything to reset it and start from scratch.

After the machine is turned off, you can try pressing the key to enter the recovery mode and reset the system by following the method below

When turning on the machine, hold down the volume down key, and the robot will fall to the ground interface will appear. Then press the power key and the volume up key (first hold down the power key, quickly and briefly press the volume up key to enter the recovery operation interface and immediately release the key. If the time is too long, it will turn into a restart and you need to operate again).
After entering the recovery mode operation interface, execute the option starting with “wipe” to restore the machine to its factory Settings.
The different models of Spreadtrum cpus may vary. You can also hold down the power button for 1 to 3 seconds, then quickly hold down the volume down button until the machine starts up screen and release the power button. When the robot falls to the ground interface appears, release the volume down button again.

The key pressing time of Spreadtrum’s machine is hard to control. Try several times
