Hi! Can I ask for your help. I bought an Iplay 60 mini pro from your Lazada store. After about 2 months of buying it, the unit shuts down when I watch videos.
Where can I have this fixed? Tried chatting with you before, but I didn’t get a very good response. I tried to ask local technicians if they can fix this, they said it seems like a battery issue because after the tablets shuts down, the battery becomes very low. However, local technicians say they cannot fix because Alldocube does not have parts for sale.
Please help me. I really love this tablet. But it just frustrates that it keeps shutting down even when the battery still says 70% or 80%.
Please help. Also, this tablet is still covered within the 1 year manufacturer warranty period since i purchased this from your store in Lazada last March 6, 2025.
Anyone, pls help!!! Thank you.
If it is still confirmed that the problem lies with the battery, please contact the channel from which you purchased it for after-sales service to replace the battery
