Ultra Pad Touchscreen problem

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my Alldocube Ultra Pad. Sometimes the touchscreen becomes extremely sensitive and starts registering random touches or taps, even when I’m not touching the screen.

This makes it very difficult to use the tablet. Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there any solution or setting that can help fix it?

Unter Systemsteuerung  gibt es Bedienungshilfen als Einstellung da bestimmt das Tablet auch die zugriffszeit Zeit für das tippen hoffe das kann dir ein bisschen weiterhelfen

 

Could you explain this in more detail, please? Is it under accessibility, interactive section, “touch & hold delay”? Is it for switching between short and medium speeds, or is it a different section?
