iPlay60 Mini Pro screen turning on during sleep

The screen on my iPlay60 Mini Pro is randomly turning on when the tablet is asleep, and staying on (on the lock screen).  I have lift to wake off, double tap to wake off, don’t wake for notifications is on, don’t turn on screen when off is on.  I have screen timeout 2 min.

Still the screen will turn on for no clear reason when it’s been asleep for a long time and it’s causing the tablet to drain its battery when I don’t know it’s woken up.

The OS on this disables most of what’s in Settings -> Battery for some reason so I can’t see what apps are using battery or waking the device or set any settings in there.

 

Device firmware is up to date, version V3.1.28_20250912_20250912-2038

 

 

Please restore the machine to its factory Settings first. Also, when this problem occurred, was there a card inserted or other peripheral devices connected? Is the touch screen of the machine normal?

Thanks for the reply. I have not noticed the issue again in the last week.

No device was physically connected.

I suspected an app was receiving notifications waking the screen and the screen wasn’t going back off but I don’t know for sure.

If I have the problem again I’ll investigate further.
