Google Play System Update fails on iPlay 70 Mini Pro (Android 15)

Device: iPlay 70 Mini Pro

Android version: 15

Google Play system update version: August 1, 2025

 

Issue:

When I try to apply the latest Google Play System Update, the tablet restarts twice during installation.

After reboot, the “Google Play system update” date still shows August 1, 2025, and the same update is prompted again.

No error message appears, but the update never completes.

 

What I have tried:

– Cleared cache and storage of Google Play Services

– Updated Google Play Store and Play Services to the latest version

– Restarted the device several times

– Tried different Wi-Fi networks

→ The issue persists.

 

This behavior started again in October 2025. It was previously fixed around August.

 

Could you please confirm if this is a known issue or if a firmware patch is planned?

I was just able to complete the Google Play system update after updating to the latest firmware(version T813_B15_V4.0.29_20251023).

I was able to complete Google Play system update(dated September 1, 2025) yesterday.
But, I can’t complete the latest Google Play system update today.
This behavior is similar to what happened two days ago and also in August.
Could you please confirm if this is a known issue? Thank you.
