Dear all, streaming of Amazon Prime and Netflix works while for Disney+ and Apple TV the screens remain blank when the streaming is supposed to start. Deleting the apps and restarting the device does not help.

Please provide the system build number of the machine. Also, is it normal to watch similar websites for online videos in the browser?

Hello

The number is:

T813_B15_V4.0.18_20250813

The problem exists both with the browser and with the respective apps.

I have the same issue.  Apple TV tries to play, stays on a blank screen for a bit, then crashes completely.  Disney+ tries to play but gives an error that “something went wrong”.  Netflix and Prime seem fine.

My build is T813_B15_V4.0.25_20250903-1242

Update – I did a hard factory reset.  Did not fix either issue. Netflix crashes with an error on first run, but seems to work fine on second try. Netflix still shows as L3 even though it is advertised as supposed to be L1.  I don’t really care about the L3/L1 issue, I just want the apps to work.

More Update – Hulu also does not play video only causes an error. When I first tried to log into Hulu, using cellular, it kept saying Hulu was only available in the US. Once I connected to wifi, it let me log in as usual, but will not play any video.

I’m sorry, but looks like this one is getting returned.  Not sure how much of an update it really was from the 60 anyways.
