[SERIOUS BLUETOOTH AUDIO BUG – NEEDS IMMEDIATE FIX]

I’m using the iPlay 70 Mini Pro, and there is a critical issue with Bluetooth audio.

While my Bluetooth earphones pair successfully, there is no audio output at all through the earphones. On top of that, I’m unable to adjust the volume – the system does not recognize the Bluetooth earphones as an active audio device.

I’ve tested with multiple earphones and confirmed this is not a hardware problem. This is clearly a firmware or software-level bug.

This kind of basic functionality should work out of the box. Please treat this as a high-priority issue and release a software patch as soon as possible.

Many users will be affected by this, and continued silence or inaction will damage the brand’s credibility.

Waiting for your urgent response.

Thank you.

PLAESE .. I cannot control the earphone volume separately – the volume controls have no effect.

FIX AS POSSIBLE AS FAST  PLEASE

First thing to try: Go to Settings > Apps > See all apps > Show System (in upper right menu) > Bluetooth > Storage & cache. Clear cache and storage, then reboot.

Have the same issue too.

The above doesn’t help.

Go to Settings → My Device → About and tap the build number four times to open the developer options. Go to System Settings → Developer Options and disable Bluetooth absolute volume and Bluetooth A2DP hardware opload. The device will restart, so restart it.

Thank you lambkin, it actually works!

Only issue that some of my apps will not run if I leave the Developer Options enabled.

Once I disable the Developer Options, the no sound issue comes back.  Is there a long term fix for this?
