Hello OlDocube Support Team,

I recently purchased an iPlay 70 Pro Mini tablet and installed app in google play store.

When the app requests Accessibility access, I navigate to Settings → Accessibility, but no iPlay entry appears in the list. In fact, all relevant toggles and controls are grayed out or inactive, so I cannot enable the permission at all. As a result, the app cannot function correctly.

Could you please investigate this issue and provide a software update or workaround that ensures the iPlay app shows up in the Accessibility settings so users can enable it? Thank you for your assistance.

You can try searching for “Accessibility” in the search box of Settings, find the “Accessibility menu”, and then apply for authorization of the app in the “download apps” section. If the prompt does not allow it, you can go back to Settings -app Settings and find the corresponding app. Then go to the Settings interface of the corresponding app and lift the restrictions in the upper right corner
