iPlay60 Mini Pro auto shut down when playing videos on Youtube, Red Note, Tiktok etc

I bought an iPlay60 Mini Pro in Nov’24. Recently the tablet starts to auto shut down by itself when I run video apps like Youtube, Red Note, Tiktok etc. Sometimes it shuts down few seconds after I click on a video clip, sometimes it shut downs after couple of minutes, half way watching a video. I tried to turn off battery saver option but the sudden auto shut down still occurs. There are also times where I finish watching a 1.5 hrs video without any problem.

This auto shut down problem seems to happen randomly but quite often. Anyone encounter the same problem has a solution? Thank you in advance.

You still have warranty? I also have a 60 mini pro which is fully patched and runs just fine.

Should have since I bought it less than 6 mths ago from Aliexpress, but I hope to find a solution here to fix it first instead of sending the tablet back for repair. The auto shutdown does not always happen, it only happens occasionally, particularly when I was using it to watch movies jogging on treadmill, I’m not sure if it’s the treadmill vibration matters but I’ve already turn off all the double-tap off screen function etc. Anyway I just updated the tablet with new patch today, I’ll monitor if the patch helps.

Problem still exist today, can any Alldocube technical support staff helps? It doesn’t happen all the time, perhaps 75% of the time, where the tablet will auto shutdown within 1-2 seconds after I load the video app (eg Youtube, Teams etc). This is really frustrating!
