How to bypass or reset screen unlock login pin

I recently purchased an Alldocube iPlay 50 Mini Pro. When I start the tablet I get a login pin screen. When I entered what I thought was the pin I get a popup saying wrong pin. After 3 tries I get locked out, and now I can enter a pin but am immediately locked out.

Does anyone know how to bypass or unlock the screen lock pin?

I submitted  a couple of customer help questions but I don’t think I’m describing the problem well. They told me how to reset my password, but that isn’t my problem.
