It depends on the specific interface of your machine. If the machine has a DC interface, it can be charged through the DC interface.
If the type-c interface of the machine is used as the charging interface and the micro usb 2.0 interface is used as the OTG interface, then the micro usb 2.0 interface cannot be used for charging
