Just follow the steps given in alldocube support “Spreadtrum Upgrade Tool Guide” you wont be having any problems installing it. i did mine yesterday….it helped me solve the headphone issue for now no more sudden garbled sound….while using the usb type C headphone if you are on windows 11 or 10 just install the drivers for windows 10 and download these important files in their site.
