Reply To: Iplay60 mini pro OTA update error?

Had a similar problem with my turbo,ota installed forever.

What helped me was killing the update process 2-3 times.

Go to your settings>apps>see all. Click on the 3 dots top right corner an click on “show system apps”. Then click the search button and enter “system”. In the list you should see now” system update” with a green arrow icon. Force stop and clear storage/cache and start the update process again. After that, the update installed in seconds. Like said it took me 2-3 tries. Hope it helps you too.
