I reinstalled the firmware using Windows, but there is still the problem that the tablet freezes. I sent them email asking for a solution, but they don’t respond. Alldocube, if you have to have a prosperous company, that’s what you shouldn’t do; laugh at people.

    Hello, I do not know if you have yet tried to reinstall the firmware. But at the bottom of this page, it comes out in link “Spreadtrum Upgrade Tool and Guide.rar.” You download that file and inside comes a Word document where the instructions come out with images.
