Having issue with my Alldocube iplay 40, it randomly restart and always getting an error “abnormal battery temperature” and it will automatically shut off. What should I do?
I have the same problem.
T1020S_V1.0_20210525 (Android 10).
The system does not offer an update.
Wanted to buy 40 for my school but with no updates for almost 3 years will look at another brand.
Seriously cannot recommend this anymore to schools in my country
