so you already have android 12 for iplay 40?and how long does this support android amd upgrade?
This tablet is riddled with problems.
Randon restarts and screen bugs. Touchscreen input goes crazy and cannot be used.
Restarting, cleaning the screen, and rebooting to factory defaults only works for a few mins and it happens all over again. Worst investment, support non-existent.
Philip, you must have a bad example of this tablet. It must be a hardware issue. Send it back and get a new one.
How and where do I send it back to?
I bought my unit March 2021, 2 Months after i encountered auto shutdown after Alldocube logo, then I reflashed using 20210515 it solved the issue but 7 monts later it has Abnormal Temperature error and auto shuts down, now they instructed me to rollback to 20210121 Firmware, I hope they will replace my unit since it is still covered by 1 year Warranty

I bought this tablet and the 1st came normal, the 2nd has problems with google play and all other google applications, I have formatted it and installed all the brand’s firmware and it continues to fail, total disappointment

Hi, my tablet does not connect with stability to 5G wifi, is there any workaround to make it work? it disconnects all the time. I also tried the airplane mode without success, it only works occasionally.
Hi is in your future plans to update this tablet to Android 11 because the IPlay 40 Pro which IS 99% THE SAME is Android 11.

where is the update log? is it Android 10? 11 ? Also it is stated that to back up tablet data before flashing with the data loss warning dude to errors.. but if it doesn’t meet any errors does it mean it wont wipe the device??
