How to Change Navigation Bar iPlay 50 mini Pro NFE ?

The back button is on the left side, which is very annoying.

Unfortunately, the specific customization you’re looking for might be available only in the Developer Options, and if you’re not familiar with those settings, it could be a bit challenging to make the changes. If you have any experience or guidance, accessing Developer Options may provide more advanced customization for the navigation bar.

Why is YouTube TV only giving 480p as the highest option?  Even after a factory reset?  (Regular YouTube can get over 1080p, 1440p, etc)

    1. Daniel reply to Yancy

I took would like to know this. I’m also seeing 480p as the highest option.

Do you own the NFE version?

      |
  • Yancy

Must not be real L1… YouTube TV channels only show 480p as the highest option.

I’m not sure if we can completely trust this Alldocube company. I noticed on the Amazon description of the previous version it says “This listing of iPlay50 mini Pro does not come with windevine L1 (sorry for the incorrect information on the picture, it could not be removed).”  Sorry for the incorrect information on the picture?? What is THAT all about?? And now the new NFE version doesn’t actually have Widevine L1 on YouTube TV? Something seems fishy, doesn’t it?

Let me clarify: the iPlay 50 mini Pro doesn’t support Widevine L1. Only the new NFE version has Widevine L1.

To check the Widevine level on your device, you can use a third-party app. Go to the app store on your device and search for “DRM Info”.

      1. Daniel reply to Mario Gismondi

We have the new NFE version and DRM Info says it is L1. But YouTubeTV is only offering 480p as the highest option. Why? I can see options up to 1080p for YouTubeTV on my phone, but not on the iPlay 50 mini Pro NFE tablet. Why?

How about the other streaming platforms? Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime? Are they also show 480p?

If other apps on your device are performing well, I would suggest reinstalling the YouTube TV app and ensuring that you have the latest updates installed. If, even after these steps, you still don’t see options for adjusting video quality, I recommend reaching out to Google/YouTube support for further assistance.

Is the new Alldocube iPlay 50 mini Pro NFE tablet supposed to get Widevine L1 with YouTubeTV? If it is, it doesn’t seem to be working for anyone. Wouldn’t it make more sense for Alldocube to reach out to Google/YouTube support to figure out why it isn’t working… and fix it?

            |
          2. Daniel reply to Mario Gismondi

Mario? Do you agree that Alldocube should reach out to Google Support to get the YouTubeTV issue fixed?

Could you please provide the serial number of your tablet, thank you

              |
              1. Daniel reply to Mario Gismondi

Sure, let me know how I can email it to you (I’d rather not post it publicly).

By the way, this issue is happening on every iPlay 50 mini Pro NFE tablet… not just mine.

The “Amazon EU Deal” link leads to the old model without “NFE”.  Can you please provide a link to the NFE model?

      Mario Gismondi reply to Renate

Everything is right, sorry for confusion, we just used an old link and upgraded it, so now it’s the NFE version. Kindly review the specifications.
