Let me clarify: the iPlay 50 mini Pro doesn't support Widevine L1. Only the new NFE version has Widevine L1.

To check the Widevine level on your device, you can use a third-party app. Go to the app store on your device and search for "DRM Info".

How about the other streaming platforms? Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime? Are they also show 480p?

If other apps on your device are performing well, I would suggest reinstalling the YouTube TV app and ensuring that you have the latest updates installed. If, even after these steps, you still don't see options for adjusting video quality, I recommend reaching out to Google/YouTube support for further assistance.

Unfortunately, the specific customization you're looking for might be available only in the Developer Options, and if you're not familiar with those settings, it could be a bit challenging to make the changes. If you have any experience or guidance, accessing Developer Options may provide more advanced customization for the navigation bar.
