You can enter “(888)=” in the built-in calculator app of the machine, and then check the test result of the drm key in the detection options. If it shows L1 but the Netflix app shows L3, please provide the serial number of the machine. You can wait for the data synchronization on the server side to fix the L1 issue. Also, regarding the refresh rate issue, there will be an OTA upgrade to fix this problem soon

Additionally, if it’s your own router, you can try restarting or resetting the router device. Also, is it because the account itself is logged in to multiple devices simultaneously that there are restrictions?
