The same issue has been reported by the Rakuten Marketplace store, and as of today, it does not appear to have been resolved.

I was able to complete Google Play system update(dated September 1, 2025) yesterday.
But, I can’t complete the latest Google Play system update today.
This behavior is similar to what happened two days ago and also in August.
Could you please confirm if this is a known issue? Thank you.

I was just able to complete the Google Play system update after updating to the latest firmware(version T813_B15_V4.0.29_20251023).
