I hold [Power]+[Volume up] buttons try to boot to Bios, but not succeed, it power led turn off (Tablet already full charged), and tablet cannot start up, need to charge it awhile then the power led light up again.

Try using Up & Down button to select any Option and power button to confirm also same screen come out.
