if anyone is interested in my case was not possible to continue charging and using in the same time the iwork10 pro tablet. when i was using the product in windows 10 the battery was not charging even if the icon was displaying as AC power connected. So i did open the cover of the tablet and re-connected the cable plug of the battery into the main board of the tablet. I have found at that time that under the protective tape the plug was not fully connected in the main board connector and once i have re-connected it all became normal and table was charging in windows without any problems.
hope this info is useful for anyone reading with similar problem.
