So I gave my iwork 10 device to a family member and successfully resested Windows 10 and Andriod through the settings successfully, but my family member forgot their password to sign into Andriod and would like to reset Andriod again. How do you reset Andriod without being logged in? I tried holding the power button and the volume + buttons down but it doesn’t start the boot loader with the iWork 10 device.
