Error Selection in Reset PC ( Alldocube I Work 10 Pro 2 in 1 Tablet PC )

I choose Reset Alldocube I Work 10 Pro   ( In Recovery Selection )

there is Two Option just Like General PC / Laptop :

1. Keep My Files ( Remove app & Settings ， But Keep Personal File )
2. Remove Everything  ( Remove all Personal File , App, And Settings )

i Choose Number 2 ( There is a Software  I can’t Delete it or Unistall it )

After Reset there is Come out Two System ( See Below Picture )

After entering the system a lot  of times, it’s still returns to Above Picture and the Problem is cannot enter Safe mode to System Restore

is There any Firmware or Software i can Re install System or other way?

Because is Two Os Android And Windows I think will be a Special Firmware For Re install it

this one driver link contains a firmware file(the rar file ) and a simple install guide(the doc file).

download them.and follow the doc guide to use a usb disk to reinstall windows os!
