Why is there so much complaints about 90hz not working washed out colours high resolution video playback laggy Netflix not being L1?.

It feels like your pushing out products way 2 fast for them to be completed & polished for the consumer there shouldn’t be any issues whatsoever with a brand new product.

When are these issues going to be addressed in the form of a update to allow customers to actually enjoy the device as its meant 2 be on the specifications based on the device?.

Any feedback on this would be widely appreciated.

You can enter “(888)=” in the built-in calculator app of the machine, and then check the test result of the drm key in the detection options. If it shows L1 but the Netflix app shows L3, please provide the serial number of the machine. You can wait for the data synchronization on the server side to fix the L1 issue.
Also, regarding the refresh rate issue, there will be an OTA upgrade to fix this problem soon

My iPlay70 mini Pro have same L3 problem, I have checked the DRMkey shows L1.

How can I provide SN to fix it?
