iplay 70 mini pro question

I am currently using the officially released iPlay 70 Mini Pro in Korea, and I would like to ask about two issues I have experienced:

When the tablet is placed on a flat surface with a case attached, the touch screen sometimes becomes almost unresponsive (randomly).
The specifications and testing apps indicate that the device supports both 60Hz and 90Hz refresh rates. However, when I run refresh rate tests on websites, it only shows around 70Hz. Could you explain why 90Hz cannot be utilized on such websites? Is there a specific setting required to enable 90Hz?

I installed a screen protector on mine and I also have this problem. I also ordered a case so I’m annoyed that the device also have other problems and that if I have to return the item. I lose money on the screen protector and case.

Yes, it’s happened on me too. Since first firmware until the latest. It has same behavior and the hotspot feature gets weird only android system can connect the other like windows it’s failed to connect.
