Hello,
On my Alldocube iPlay 7.0 Mini Pro, the Netflix app launches without any problem, but when I try to play a video, the screen switches to the playback interface and then nothing actually starts playing. The device shows Widevine L1 support, but I am wondering if this issue might be related to the resolution limitations of the iPlay Pro series.
Could you please check and advise? or fix the problem.

Thank you for your feedback. Please provide the version number of the Android system of the machine. Also, provide the drm information displayed in the drm info app, and enter “(777)=” in the built-in calculator app of the system to view the drm information

Alldocube, what on earth is going on with this? It’s full of bugs, malfunctions, and is a complete mess. It’s clear now why people choose to buy well-known products. I’m very disappointed.
