iPlay 60 Pad Pro Keyboard Dock Keeping Device Awake 100%

The keyboard dock for this tablet is keeping the device from going to sleep. I have tested the device with and without the keyboard attached. Without the keyboard the tablet goes to sleep in a few minutes as expected, however with the keyboard dock plugged in, the device stays awake all the time draining the battery unnecessarily.

I have looked at the software settings a few times and there doesn’t seem to be any setting that will prevent this from happening. Is there any other way to fix this?

Please provide the system version number of the machine

It is “iPlay60_Pad_Pro_v3.1.31_20250409”

Please advise if there is a software update that can fix this issue. I have been in contact with the supplier, and they have indicated it might be a hardware fault.
