My emulator apps like PPSSPP and Dolphin can’t access my tablet’s internal storage. Because of this, I can’t run any emulator games. I think it might be an error with the pre-installed file manager, and the problem persists even after a full factory reset. Is there a solution?

This is a known bug in the file manager. This feature will be fixed in subsequent OTA updates
