Please HELP: iPlay 50 mini pro NFE

Hello all,

When I plug wired headphones, the unit’s speaker goes muted (normal), but there is no sound in the headphones. Nothing that I try works for me. The wireless headphones work fine.

ANY IDEA?? CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?

Check whether the plug of the wired headset matches. There are two types of plugs for the headset at present.
