Not only have you ignored me for 6 months NOW

There are no screws or anyway to access any of the inner workings of this thing.

IT IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE CONSUMER RIGHT TO REPAIR LAWS (plural, both California State, and Federal)

If I DO NOT GET SERVICE soon, I WILL REPORT YOU to BOTH the California State Attorney General, and the FTC.
