How can I activate the Win 11 Home on iWork GT 12?

I have just received Alldocube iWork GT 12 today. The package was in good condition.

However, after powered on the tablet and updated software, the notification alerted me to activate the windows. Then I tried to activate by Activation setting menu. But it’s not succesful.

The activation State : “Windows reported that the hardwareof your device has changed. Error code: 0xC004F211”

I wonder the Windows 11 Home which pre-installed is whether genuine or not.

Did I make some mistakes?

Please help me.

Alldocube support contacted me and let me change the product keys. It worked.

The problem was solved successfully.
