For Display Out (HDMI) you need a Tablet with USB 3.1 (Gen 2) or USB 3.2 (Gen 2)

The iplay 60 Pad pro does not support USB Video out because of the USB 2.0 Port.
The iplay 60 mini Turbo and the iPlay 70 Ultra supports Video Out through USB because of the USB 3.1 (Gen 2 Port)
