I have an iwork10 pro When turned on for a short time Suddenly it always turns itself off, even though the battery is still full. This always Happens after updating the system. I need a solution for this problem it’s really interfering with my work

Hello, if I want to use Windows only, there is possible? Because the installation script of Windows doesn’t delete Android partition, but installation script of Android did delete Windows.

Hola, tengo un iwork10 pro pero está literalmente muerto, ni se enciende el piloto de cargando ni nada de nada, alguien puede decirme cual es el problema. No ha habido golpes, ni instalación de programas raros, simplemente lo apagué sin problema y al día siguiente ya no hace absolutamente nada.

Hi, in Android world it’s got an Android 10. why it’s still Android 5 in 2020. Do you have an Upgrade? so many compability issues with my everyday Application with Andoid 5 and need running Andoid 7 and up. Thanks if you read and reply my post at leats, but I’m surely it will not happend to see no respond to other post before me.

Cuando uso Android, funciona bien, pero cuando inicio a Windows o paso a windows, no termina de entrar se reinicia hasta donde pide el pin, pueden ayudarme a solucionarlo?

hello. I bought your tablet iwork 10 pro. but it doesn’t see keyboard. I am VERY diappointed, because I thought I can change it to the working one, but I wasinformed that I just can return it (Aliexpress), then I will loose the money (the price is higher now) and my time… What can I do else? may be some update? did you meet such problem and how can I solve it? I don’t want to write bad review, I want to solve it.

  Hola, puedes abrir una disputa por el mal funcionemiento del teclado, pide reembolso por el precio del teclado en la disputa, rechaza las propuestas de regresarlo, aliexpres te dara la razon y con el reembolso te compras otro, o puedes intentar limpiar las teminales del tablet con tela suave frotas no rayes

Hola, en android, el acelerómetro detecta movimiento siempre, pero el dispositivo se encuentra quieto sin moverse, además se jala siempre hacia la izquierda todas las aplicaciones que utilizan el acelerómetro tienen ese defecto, tengo dos dispositivos alldocube iwork 10 pro tienen el mismo problema, podrían ayudarme? Todo parece indicar que es un error de firmware, por que cuando pasamos del sistema windows al sistema android mediante la aplicación switch now el acelerómetro deja de detectar movimiento y trabaja bien, gracias por su atencion!
