The update says it is finished but it stays on version T1020H_V1.0_20210909 instead of 20210911. Also it completely wipes the user memory which is not very kind.

The password error is mainly down to the random MAC address security setting. See the WiFi settings for that option. Usually your access point will reject any login with unknown MAC addresses.

Hi, das WLAN wurde in Android geändert und unterstützt zufällige MAC Adressen. Je nach Router wird man damit nicht mehr ins WLAN gelassen und muss die Daten neu eingeben. Das ist unter den WLAN Sicherheitseinstellungen zu finden. Grüße, Sebastian
