Back in January 2018, I bought a fire 10 tablet. It failed in January 2019 _ Amazon didn¡¯t care. I decided to get the Alldocube M5S which also recently failed. The Alldocube staff cared a lot _ unlike other providers they didn¡¯t tell me to power up / power down / try it outside where the lights better / take out the battery and pirouette three times / etc. They said send it back and we¡¯ll replace it. They did. Service that adds value to the product.

But to the machine _ it¡¯s a budget tablet. As such it should be evaluated based on what it is. You can see the plus and minuses in the other reviews here. On the minus side _ battery life is low, glass needs to be protected or she¡¯ll scratch, takes a long to charge, on the home screen the top row don¡¯t let ya put stuff, and the screen isn¡¯t very bright. On the plus side Android 8.0 release is well ahead of other budget tabs, 3 GB RAM and 32 GB Flash mem gives a bunch of power, NO BLOAT INCLUDED, Play Store isn¡¯t blocked, supports a T-Mobile SIM card for cell service. Haven¡¯t come across anything it can¡¯t handle.

This is a very nice tablet, but it does not have GPS as stated several places in the description. I searched for it in the settings, and installed several programs requiring GPS. All of the programs told me it did not have the required hardware. The GPS was one of the main reasons for buying it. I had to return it.

  3. Takumi WAKASUGI

Reasonably priced and works perfectly fine with T-Mobile and MintMobile (T-Mobile MVNO) SIM cards on Band 2 (1900 MHz) and Band 4 (AWS 1700/2100 MHz)

I have had this tablet just a few days and love it! The speakers are Loud and the screen is outstanding. Best tablet I have ever had.But It will not accepta 128GB micro sd card only 64GB sdhc card.

Pretty nice device — especially with favorite apps loaded and usernames/passwords recorded. I can use it to maintain my senior tennis website while on a cruise by resorting to html coding using the Droid Edit app. It saves me lugging a laptop to Europe and back.

I’m hoping Android Oreo 8.0 gets updated to 8.1 fairly soon as 8.1 significantly sped up my Moto G5+.

I didn’t immediately take this out of the box to measure it until it was way to small in my previous tablet’s 10.1-inch case. That led me to pull out the tape measure!you can see the true measurements in the pictures. I’m having a hard time finding a case for this because of it.
other than that though I love that it can connect to 5ghx wifi, my other one couldn’t so it caused it to run super slow. loud speakers, unlike my last one. I have no complaints, other than false advertising. I’m 99% sure I previously left this review but then it disappeared. hope they are not just deleting reviews that arent 5 stars!

Great tablet for the money. Nice screen once I fixed it – see below. Decent performance. Takes sd card and 2 sim cards. There are a few issues I was able to fix with software. The worst issue was that the screen was not very bright and a bit muddy. The brightness slider in the notification pane did literally nothing – it looked the same no mater where you set it. I installed Power Shade, a third party notification window and the brightness slider in it worked! And I could set it bright enough so the whites were white and the colors were no longer muddy! Next up, the interface was weird, the icon spacing was bad, and you couldn’t put icons on the top couple of lines for some odd reason. Nova launcher to the rescue! Last problem is the touchscreen isn’t great. You need to type slow and deliberately or it will miss letters. But it’s fine for browsing or watching media.
