Alldocube Knote X pro Wifi error

My wifi appears and disappears for no apparent reason. I have updated windows 10, uninstalled and installed the drivers again, installed several different versions of Windows 10 and the problem goes on. The wifi that comes with Alldocube Knote X pro internal is the Intel Dual Band AC-3165. Can someone help me? Thank you.
